  • What file formats are acceptable for print?
    • We prefer working with “live files” which is the source file you used to create your artwork (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, etc). We also accept PDF files with all text converted to outlines, crop marks and bleeds. Any questions? Just ask!
  • I created a file using Word, Publisher, or Power Point. Can you use those files?
    • Yes, we can work with these sort of files.
  • What are your hours?
    • 9am to 5pm, Monday thru Friday
  • Do you accept credit card numbers over the phone?
    • We will happily process credit card orders via the phone.
  • Can you quote items other than what is listed?
    • Absolutely! Custom orders are what set us apart from the rest. Our customer service representatives and production team will work with you to create the product you want at a reasonable cost.
  • What is the turn around time for an estimate?
    • Depending on the nature of the project, an estimate can be given within 24 hours. Most estimates can be provided during your initial phone call or within hours of your request.
  • Can I request for a faster turn around time?
    • Yes. We are always willing to work with customers with pressing needs for fast turnaround!
